Digital Products Returns and Refunds Policy
Last updated: September 2026
Because Graphics for Catholics sells digital products and editable templates, all sales are generally final once the product or template access has been delivered.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will work with you if there is a technical problem or an error with your order.
Eligible Issues
A replacement, corrected file, or refund may be provided if:
- You receive the wrong digital product
- The provided Canva template link or download does not work
- A purchased file is corrupted or inaccessible
- The product is materially different from what was described on the product page
- You are charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error
Non-Refundable Purchases
Refunds are generally not available for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Accidental purchases after the digital product has been delivered or accessed
- Failure to review the product description, dimensions, formats, or included designs before purchasing
- Inability to use Canva due to the customer’s device, account, internet connection, or other third-party technical issue
- Requests based on personal design preference after purchase
Please review the product description and included formats carefully before completing your purchase.
Problems With Your Download or Template
If you experience a problem accessing your purchased resource, please contact us and include:
- Your order number
- The email address used for the purchase
- A description or screenshot of the problem
We will first attempt to provide a working replacement link, corrected file, or other reasonable solution.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
