Welcome to Graphics for Catholics. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, digital products, editable templates, downloads, and related services.
By accessing this website or purchasing from Graphics for Catholics, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Use of This Website
By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services where required by law.
You agree not to use this website, our products, or our Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
You may not interfere with the security, operation, or functionality of the website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.
Digital Products and Orders
Graphics for Catholics primarily sells digital products, including editable Canva templates, downloadable graphics, communication resources, and related digital materials.
By purchasing a digital product, you understand and agree that:
- No physical product will be shipped unless a product page specifically states otherwise.
- Access to a digital product may be delivered by download, email, third-party link, Canva template link, or another digital delivery method.
- You are responsible for reviewing the product description, included formats, sizes, number of designs, software requirements, and other product details before purchasing.
- Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, technical problems, or misuse of the Services.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products. Because colors and graphics may appear differently depending on your device, monitor, printer, or software, exact visual reproduction cannot be guaranteed.
Digital Delivery
Digital products are generally made available shortly after successful payment.
Delivery may occur through Shopify, email, the Shopify Digital Products service, Canva, or another third-party platform.
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to the account or email address used at checkout.
If you experience difficulty accessing a purchased product, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the issue.
Canva and Third-Party Services
Some Graphics for Catholics products are delivered through Canva or other third-party platforms.
Unless otherwise stated, products identified as compatible with free Canva are designed so that a Canva Pro subscription is not required.
Use of Canva and other third-party platforms is subject to the terms, policies, technical requirements, and availability of those third parties.
Graphics for Catholics does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for outages, account restrictions, service changes, or other issues caused solely by a third-party provider.
License and Permitted Use
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, each purchase includes a single-user / single-organization license for the original purchaser and the purchasing parish, school, ministry, or organization.
You may:
- Customize purchased templates for your organization.
- Add your organization’s name, logo, dates, times, colors, images, and other information.
- Use finished designs in your organization’s social media, website, bulletin, email communications, printed materials, signage, and other communications.
- Reuse the purchased template for the licensed organization as needed.
You may not:
- Share the editable template or template link with another parish, school, ministry, organization, business, or individual outside the licensed organization.
- Resell, sublicense, redistribute, reproduce for resale, or give away the template.
- Upload the editable template to another marketplace, membership site, template library, or shared resource collection.
- Sell or distribute modified versions of the template as a template or digital product.
- Claim the original template design as your own.
- Remove or circumvent licensing, access, or usage restrictions for the purpose of redistribution.
The purchase of a digital product grants you a license to use that product as described above. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying design, template, artwork, or intellectual property.
Intellectual Property
All original content made available by Graphics for Catholics, including templates, layouts, graphics, text, branding, product images, logos, website content, and other original materials, is owned by Graphics for Catholics LLC or used under applicable license.
Except for the limited license granted with a purchase, no intellectual property rights are transferred to the customer.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, published, or otherwise used beyond the scope of the applicable license without prior written permission.
Refunds
Because digital products can be accessed or copied immediately after delivery, purchases are generally final once digital access has been provided.
Our Digital Products Refund Policy explains circumstances in which a replacement, corrected file, or refund may be available.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
Product Updates
From time to time, Graphics for Catholics may update or correct a digital product.
When appropriate, customers who previously purchased the product may receive access to an updated version.
We do not guarantee that every digital product will receive future updates or remain compatible indefinitely with changes made by third-party platforms or software providers.
Customer Accounts and Security
If you create a customer account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity that occurs through your account.
You agree to notify us if you become aware of unauthorized use of your account or purchased digital products.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the website, Services, or products to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of Graphics for Catholics or another party.
- Distribute malware, malicious code, or harmful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or customer accounts.
- Scrape, copy, reproduce, or systematically extract website content for unauthorized commercial use.
- Circumvent product licensing or digital access restrictions.
- Resell or redistribute purchased templates contrary to the license terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate, useful, and functional digital products.
However, except where prohibited by law, the website, Services, and digital products are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
- The website or Services will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Every digital product will be compatible with every device, browser, operating system, printer, or future version of third-party software.
- Third-party services such as Canva will remain unchanged or continuously available.
- The use of a particular design or communication resource will produce a particular result.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Graphics for Catholics LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of the website, Services, or digital products.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to Graphics for Catholics for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Graphics for Catholics LLC and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, or reasonable expenses arising from:
